A good friend arrived from afar

with gifts

of faith

of hope

of love.

 

A jolt that made all the electrons

in my spirit

move again.

 

I received a book,

then another,

echoing promises made long ago

about faith.

 

And received some hope,

like water trinkling down into my esophagus.

It hurt. Pleasantly.

 

And I felt love. 

 

My heart beats again.

 

 

 

最近收到這兩本書，

結果玩遊戲時，也就累了。

看福爾摩斯，也就累了。

想著要怎麼處置那些傷害我的，也就累了。

 

只有這幾本書讀起來令人神清氣爽。

這些書有趣極了，哪裡都抱著它。

現在活了過來，好像終於獲得死的本錢了。
